You would of thought that I had moved to the back end of the earth the amount of time it has taken me to get on line!!!! Although I have moved to probably the smallest village in the world, saying that when the only food and drink supply is a vending machine behind a cage, then I don’t think it can even be considered a village?
With a winter filled with cold winds and a selection of stormy or small waves on offer its nice to close the doors on the winter season and welcome in the spring, which has already treated us to lighter winds backed with swell and a nice jump in temperature.
For the last 5 months I have been coaching at Surf School Lanzarote. Surf School Lanzarote is based in Famara and is run and owned by top surfer, surf coach and Welsh legend Tim Jones. As well as coaching at the school I have also been coaching one to one, working with video analysis and even a little bit of contest training with up and coming British junior Will Davey. My time at the school has so far been a really good learning curve, I know have Structure!! …well with my internet connection about to crash its best I sign off.
