Its been a while since my last blogg entry, but for the those of you who have enjoyed my coaching over the years might be interested to know that over the last year I have been documenting a lot of my coaching and have finally started to get it all on line! ....as you will see from the short video clip below, trying to film in a 'one take and done' style was never going to be easy!! hence the colourful language, so if you have small children in the room, now might be a good time to turn the volume down, or just tell them to **** ***! (leave the room 😉 )
